What are your delivery rates and times?

 

 

 

 

We use Australia Post to deliver to any location within Australia.

  • For most areas, we provide 3 tiers of flat rates, depending upon the weight of the order
  • Delivery times are typically 2-3 business days after processing, but depending upon the location

Do you ship outside Australia (eg to New Zealand?)

Right now, we only ship to locations within Australia

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, which allows your order to be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

How can I register interest in an item that's out of stock?

When an item is back in stock, we'll let you know if you register your email details in the product page

Has my order shipped yet?

We'll also send you an email prior to your order being shipped

How do I update my contact details?

Your contact details can be updated in the Account page of this site.

Can I cancel an order?

 

 

Please contact us at info@smartypantstoys.com.au if you wish to cancel or modify an order. We will happily cancel your order before it has been dispatched, but we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

How do I return an item?

We are more than happy to accept return of the goods within 30 days of your purchase. We simply ask that the item be unused, in its original packaging and that you provide proof of purchase.

How do track the delivery status?

We use Australia Post for deliveries, and will  provide a tracking number when we notify you that your order has been shipped

My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

The tracking number will allow you to follow up with Australia Post
